Inbar, a seasoned senior executive with start-up, corporate and entrepreneurial experience, started W3 Ventures, Inc. in 2001. Over the past two decades, Rephael served as CEO/COO/EVP with small and large technology companies including SHL Systemhouse (now part of EDS), Platinum Technologies (now part of Computer Associates), Magic Software (NASADQ:MGIC) and UniData/Systembuilder (Now a part of IBM). In addition, Rephael has also been the founder and CEO of young technology startups in Healthcare, Human Resources and Outsourced CRM. Inbar brings vast management and leadership experience combined with a unique visionary perspective on M&A. Inbar has either led or has been key in well over 25 transactions, covering all aspects starting with M&A strategy development, targeting, deal set up and negotiations, due-diligence, contract negotiations and post-acquisition integration activities.
